...so i was perusing around, looking for some shoes that my friend had told me she was thinking of getting, and yes, they were Betsey Johnson, the Queen of Pink and my fav...and for some reason fell upon this schtuff...

God bless it, can i buy that place from her?!!! i heart her stuff...even her decor.

happy St. Patrick's Day!

so today got me thinking at how crazy it is that a year from now i'll have an Irish last name!! Mrs. Whealon. yay!!! how exciting. :)

(maybe i'll get the luck as well...lol)

I need MONEY!!!

now i know we all need it!  we're all feeling the stress.  this wedding is breaking me!  i just want things to go perfect, and to not have to worry about how to deal with the dollar signs.  Rob and i are paying for the big shin-dig, with some help from the 'rents...but it's still difficult.  i can't let myself stress again though.  it was bad the last month and a half.  my skin even started to show it.

speaking of which, i LOVE makeup (it's so much fun)...and i LOVE* Mary Kay's skin care line.  my skin has never felt better.

i became a consultant last month and haven't really been able to focus on it because of the wedding and my stress level, but i definitely think you should try it.  it's so worth it!  and i recently just tried the Dusty Lilac and Iris eyeshadows and ABSOLUTELY love those too.  those are literally them below. :))

so...if anyone out there is looking for a consultant to try the products, or to buy Mary Kay, or even to start your own business with Mary Kay, let me know!!  

one thing i do look forward to when i get this thing on a roll is meeting new people, and being able to make money when i want...and eventually have the hours i want to work!

Gabriel Lopez

Gabriel Lopez is a junior at Ohio State University majoring in Vocal Performance. Gabe was born and raised in Germantown, MD and always had a flare for performance, but didn't discover his passion for music until he took voice lessons during his second semester at college. At that point he began his self discovery through music.

After performing in productions at Montgomery College in Maryland, including Oliver!, Showtunes: A Jerry Herman Music Review, Steel Pier, Damn Yankees (Smokey), and Urinetown (Tiny Tom), Gabe transferred to Ohio State University to further his education in musical theatre and opera. He has performed in The Magic Flute and Tim Rice & Elton John's Aida (Mereb) since attending OSU in 2007.

Gabe worked with other music students to establish a student organization, the Young Musician's Charitable Organization (The YMCO), to create more performance opportunities for young performers and to use their musical abilities to benefit local charities. In Fall 2008, the YMCO performed A Night of Music by John Bucchino benefiting Nationwide Children's Hospital to much success.

In Spring 2009, Gabe will perform in Godspell as Jeffrey with the OSU Theatre Department. In the long term, Gabe wants to continue performing and making music of all kinds. Whether under the bright lights of Broadway, or in a hole-in-the-wall cafe, he wants to pursue his dream of performing.

As most of you know...

i am getting married in 48 days. OMG! i have been on such a roller coaster...especially lately. i feel really bad that i have been so bad at communicating with people. i just don't feel like myself. every day is a struggle for me and i haven't felt like myself for a while now. needless to say, i'm going to turn that around here REAL soon! it's a must! life is too short and the man i love deserves a happy, energetic bride!! i love that he's been there for me! i want my friends that have been there for me to know that i truly do appreciate it.
